Mike has a BS Degree in Architectural Engineering and has earned the CAPS (Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist) and CGB (Certified Graduate Builder) designations from the National Association of Home Builders.

With over twenty years of experience as a contractor, designer and project manager, Mike has the background, knowledge, and perspective that allow him to prescribe and implement customized solutions to meet our clients' needs.

Mike is very familiar with ADA, ANSI and other standards, and regularly works to apply these standards to creative, cost-effective solutions to home accessibility and livability issues. He consults and coordinates with other professionals, including occupational therapists, discharge planners and care managers, as well construction professionals, in an integrated approach to finding long term solutions to peoples needs.

Amy L. Finke, Esq., Executive Director
Amy’s is an attorney and has earned the CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) designation from the National Association of Home Builders.

Amy works with our clients to help make needed home modifications a reality.  Amy works with elder law attorneys and the wide array of governmental agencies that fund these types of home modifications, and she is able to direct clients and assist them with governmental resources such as the Area Agencies on Aging, Department of Social Services and Centers for Independent Living.

Dan Hill, On-site Supervisor
Dan is a master finish carpenter and cabinetmaker with over 25 years of experience with on-site construction.

He is familiar with all phases of our projects and provides on-site supervision and coordination.
