We have over twelve years of experience in fine home construction and remodeling. Over the past four years we have developed expertise in remodeling for seniors and special-need clients.

From small projects, like grab bars and railings, to access ramps, accessible bathrooms, walk-in bathtubs, additions, whole-house and individual room remodels, we provide compete services for the disabled, from initial assessment through the completion of your project.

Bathroom Renovations

If you're planning bathroom renovations for an elderly family member or for someone with special needs, there are a number of things to consider for example wider entry doors, hand rails and possibly a walk in tub. Walk in bath tubs are a welcome feature for people with special needs. They usually have a higher tub with a door that opens inward and a seat, so that once seated with the door closed, the tub fills and the water pressure seals the door shut.

Handicap Ramps

Handicap accessibility for your loved one with a disability requires planning. Handicap ramps should meet the needs of the individual. To build a proper ramp for people who are physically challenged, you may want to exceed minimum standards for ramps to make the ramp easier to navigate at your home. Create an access point for wheelchairs, scooters, strollers or anyone who has a difficult time going up and down stairs.
